Director, Pilgrim Children’s Center
Hello! My name is Jen, and I am so excited to be the new Director at Pilgrim. My son has attended preschool and Kindergarten here, and as he moves on to 1st Grade, I’m happy to keep my connection with this wonderful community! I was an Assistant Director and Director for two high quality preschools in Colorado before moving to California about three years ago.
For the last few years, I have been working with children and families through a First 5 grant-funded program providing parent education and behavior support for children in Central and East San Diego County, and I hope to bring some of this experience to our families here as well.
Claudia has been the Director of Children’s Ministries at Pilgrim Church since 2001. She received a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Diego State University.
