Today’s sermon is based on the reading where Paul is spreading the Gospel throughout Macedonia to the centers of power. His journey was mapped out through a dream of a man calling for help. This brings up the question of how do we hear from God on how we should live our lives. Dreams can raise our hopes, increase our vision and aspirations for a better life. In the stillness of sleep, God can speak to us. Paul and his followers go the river and find a group of women in a place of prayer. We can find a place of prayer too. Pilgrim is just one of that kind of place. God is everywhere. Go find your place of prayer.
