Today we are talking about love. The apostle Paul says God is love. Those who live in love, live in God and God lives in them.  By substituting the word love for God, the text takes on a deeper meaning. Currently, the world is in the worst shape ever during our lifetime.  There is COVID-19, economic collapse, and social upheaval. Protests are occurring across the country and the world. Our faith has an answer, love. Paul was talking during a divisive time in history. His answer was love. The faith was for everyone. There was no difference between Jew and Gentile. Today there is no difference between white and everyone else. Each of us is sent to preach the good news of God’s love to the world. You must engage in order to persuade. In order to evolve and grow, we must act our faith through love. Love can save the world!
